For telephone systems we offer the IVR server, enabling integration with your SIP / ISDN PBX. IVR server supports open standards such as W3C VoiceXML, SSML, SRGS and more. To achieve good interoperability with ASR and TTS support both our server and our ASR and TTS modules industry standards MRCPv1 and MRCPv2. With support for open standards can more easily take advantage of our hybrid system in the middle with products from other manufacturers, easier to get product support - documentation of standards is widely available on the Internet. Standards support also facilitates the transition to new equipment and products referred to in the future (vendor lock-in problem).
The software is platform independent and supports the following platforms:
- Intel, Windows (2K, XP, 2003, Vista, 7), 32 bits
- Intel, Windows (2003, Vista, 7), 64 bits - like 32 bit libraries
- Linux, 32 bits
- Linux, 64 bits
Available modules for IVR:
- Central IVR server – VoiceXML , MRCP client, SIP or ISDN interfaces
- ASR – MRCP server, recognition on SRGS grammars, keyword search
- TTS – MRCP server, both version 2.6 and version 2.9
- SID module for voice identification and verification - process is tailored for larger systems
Hardware requirements of the IVR server:
- Central IVR component capable of handling hundreds of lines, requires:
1x 2GHz CPUCore, 0.5GB RAM - ASR module is challenging the size of which is recognized by the dictionary / model, according to the scope of your application will be glad to recommend a suitable computing. Basic performance is a channel operated at 2GHz + 1x CPUCore
- TTS module is used under challenging version - version 2.6 manages to serve hundreds of lines 1 2 + GHz CPUCore, version 2.9 will serve 2-3 channels 1 to 2 + GHz CPUCore
- SID module - depending on the extent Database
SpeechTech IVR server is also very flexible and scalable. For smaller installations, up to 4 lines, the system can be completely installed on 1 server. In the case of large installations of hundreds of incoming and outgoing channels is possible through integrated support system to expand easily by adding hardware and reconfiguration of the central IVR/MRCP serveru.
